We start with the person, not the protocol.

A FEW WAYS WE MIGHT WORK TOGETHER

Bodywork

Coaching

Consulting & Advisory

Workshops & Speaking

Individualized, responsive bodywork shaped around the person who arrives that day. You don't need to know which modality you need before you come in.

One-to-one conversation for seasons of burnout, recovery, changing capacity, transition, recalibration -or when you simply need enough space to hear yourself think.

For founders and practitioners thinking about growth, client experience, relationships, visibility, capacity, and the business they're actually trying to create.

Thoughtful, engaging conversations and experiences around bodies, recovery, capacity, ritual, care and the human side of business..

Come as you are. We'll start there

You probably don't need someone else telling you what to do.

Build a business you have the capacity to live inside

Come curious. Leave with something you can use.

There is nothing you need to figure out before you get here.

Come as you are.

My work lives somewhere between the body, recovery, capacity, curiosity, and care.

Sometimes that looks like hands-on bodywork.

Sometimes it's a conversation.

Sometimes we're looking at the business you're building,

the season you're moving through,

or simply what your body has been trying to tell you.

I don't believe I'm the expert on you.

You are.

I'm here to listen, notice, ask good questions, share what I know, and help where I can.

Your body isn't something to win a fight against.

We're very quick to turn discomfort, exhaustion, tension, changing capacity - or anything else we don't like - into something that needs to be defeated.

But what if we got curious first?

What are you noticing?
What has changed?
What might your body be asking for?
What would make this experience even 10% better?

You don't have to love every symptom or sensation you're experiencing. But perhaps you don't have to be at war with yourself either.

Respect the person.

Respect the body.

Stay curious.

Begin again.

I've spent much of my life interested in how people work - our bodies, our patterns, what we carry, what overwhelms us, what helps us recover, and what changes when we finally have enough space to notice.

My work has moved through movement, holistic health, coaching, bodywork, teaching, energetic practice, and entrepreneurship. From the outside, those things may look quite different. I've never experienced them as particularly separate.

The common thread has always been people

I'm Andrea

I'm interested in the whole person in front of me - not simply the symptom, goal, business problem or reason they walked through the door.
