Work With Me

My work has taken a lot of different forms over the years, but the approach underneath it has stayed remarkably consistent:

Start with the person.

I’m interested in what’s happening for you - in your body, your life, your work, or the thing you’re trying to build - before deciding what might be helpful.

Sometimes that happens on a treatment table. Sometimes through conversation. Sometimes in a workshop or room full of people.

Here are the ways we can currently work together.

There are a few ways we can work together.

Bodywork

Come as you are. We’ll start there.

1:1 Coaching

You probably don’t need someone else telling you what to do.

Consulting & Advisory

I work with founders and practitioners who want to build thoughtful businesses without losing themselves inside them.

Our conversations can move between founder capacity, client experience, service, brand clarity, operations, communication, and the hundreds of small decisions that determine what it actually feels like to run - and experience - a business.

I’m particularly interested in the human side of business:

How do people feel when they interact with you?

What have you made easier for them?

Where is the business asking more of you than you can sustainably give?

And do you actually have the capacity to receive what you’re asking the business to become?

Because white-glove service doesn’t have to mean luxury.

Sometimes it simply means: I thought about you.

Workshops & Speaking

I love bringing people together around ideas.

My workshops and talks sit at the intersection of bodies, recovery, capacity, care, business and being human - combining education with conversation and practical things people can take back into their own lives.

Current and developing conversations include topics such as Move Your Lymph, 10% Better, recovery and capacity, thoughtful client experience, and building businesses we actually have the capacity to live inside.

I’m available for workshops, retreats, festivals, team sessions, professional development, conferences, panels, podcasts, and other collaborative events.

My approach to bodywork is responsive, not prescriptive.

You don’t need to know which technique you need before you arrive - that’s something we can figure out together.

Depending on what brings you in, sessions may draw from lymphatic drainage, facial lymphatic sculpting, buccal massage, fascial stretch, Indian head massage, Reiki, and other supportive techniques within my training and scope.

People come to me for all kinds of reasons: discomfort and tension, puffiness and fluid retention, recovery, movement, stress, aesthetic concerns, or simply wanting to feel a little better in their body.

The goal isn’t to force your body into doing something.

It’s to pay attention, work with what’s there, and see what might help.

Sometimes we know something needs to change, but more advice isn’t necessarily what’s missing.

My coaching work creates space to slow things down, get curious about what’s actually happening, and figure out what feels sustainable for the person and life in front of us.

Conversations may move through recovery and burnout, capacity, transitions, identity, habits, health and body relationship, values, or simply figuring out what comes next.

I’m not interested in handing you a formula for your life.

I’m interested in helping you hear yourself more clearly.

Build a business you have the capacity to live inside.

Come curious. Leave with something you can use.

1:1 coaching is offered selectively and begins with a conversation.

Bodywork is currently offered at Dream Aesthetics in Dundas, Ontario.
